Branch Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our Brantford (Charlotte Street) team. In addition to your dedication to service and belief in life-long learning, you have a proven sales and business development record, you excel in people management, and are an accomplished multi-tasker. You have strong ties to the community that will support your business development efforts. You also possess a “can do” attitude and the following attributes:
- the ability to function effectively in a demanding sales and service environment
- skills as a motivator with the ability to coach and mentor branch staff
- strong background in business development and marketing
- at least 3 years retail banking management experience; credit union experience would be an asset
- high level of proficiency in consumer lending
- mutual funds sales experience or qualification for registration
- excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- a willingness to work flexible hours in any of our branches, if necessary

Part-time, Waterloo Region
We are currently seeking applicants who pride themselves on customer service excellence and who have previous experience working in a services and sales environment. Financial services or call centre skills would be an asset.
If you are a “people person” who thrives in a busy sales and service setting, have good computer skills, and are considering a career in financial services, we’d like to meet you. We offer a challenging environment and the opportunity for growth and advancement.
This part-time position requires that you be available to work a varying schedule of 7.5 to 24 hours per week in any of our branches located in Waterloo, Kitchener and Cambridge.
