Your Neighbourhood Credit Union is committed to building strong Member relations and providing assistance to the communities in which we operate.

The Member Relations Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors with a mandate to facilitate effective communication between the Members and the Board of Directors, and to administer the Charitable Donations Policy.

The Committee meets 4 times a year; the date and location of meetings are posted in the branches as well as here, on the website.

Charitable donations and sponsorships

Each year, YNCU contributes one percent of the pre-tax profits earned during the previous year to local community charities, local youth intiatives and sponsorships.

To submit a donation request for consideration by the Committee, you can download and complete the Charitable Donations Application.
All requests for donation or sponsorship must be accompanied by this form.
