Complaint Resolution

We are dedicated to the highest levels of member service and satisfaction. Like all credit unions, we are subject to regulation by the Credit Union and Caisses Populaires Act and must adhere to accepted practice. If you have a concern about a matter regarding your dealings with Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, and it cannot be settled with your branch, you can contact the Complaint Resolution Officer directly at complaintresolution@yncu.com. If the Complaint Resolution Officer is unable to provide a response that is satisfactory to you, the Officer will provide direction on the next steps available to you.
