Like all credit unions, we are subject to regulation by the Credit Union and Caisses Populaires Act and must adhere to accepted practice. If you have a concern about a matter regarding your dealings with Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, and it cannot be settled with your branch, you can contact the Complaint Resolution Officer directly at complaintresolution@yncu.com. If the Complaint Resolution Officer is unable to provide a response that is satisfactory to you, the Officer will provide direction on the next steps available to you.
