Thank you so much for going that extra mile for me when it seemed that there might not be an easy solution to the problem. I was really in a panic when I discovered, in Toronto, hours before our flight to Ireland, that I had an ATM card that had expired and wasn't going to work overseas. Krista was great on the phone, and she let me know she wasn't going to give up trying to solve the problem. I can't tell you how grateful I am that you would hand deliver a cheque to Scotia Bank for me. It made all the difference to our vacation. I don't know what I would have done without your help. No wonder your employees have such high praise for you.

Thank you so very much for the generous bursary I received from your organization. The monetary donations that you award certainly help with the financial burden as i continue on my scholarly path. I plan on pursuing an English degree at the University of Windsor in the fall and will hopefully become a school teacher.
