At Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, overdraft protection is a convenient service which guarantees a specific amount of credit to cover cheques and withdrawals which exceed the funds available in your account.

Your cheques, withdrawals, pre-authorized payments, and INTERAC® direct payment purchases are honoured up to your predetermined overdraft limit.

Overdraft protection is available for most chequing accounts, and protection limits are available from $250 to a maximum of $5,000.
