The Member Relations Committee is a standing committee of the Board of Directors with a mandate to facilitate effective communication between the Members and the Board of Directors, and to administer the Charitable Donations Policy.
The Committee meets 4 times a year in March, June, September and December, at our Corporate Office, 38 Executive Place, Kitchener. If you would like to attend, send your request the Corporate Office using our Contact Form.
Charitable donations and sponsorships
Each year, YNCU contributes one percent of the pre-tax profits earned during the previous year to local community charities, local youth initiatives and sponsorships.
To submit a donation request for consideration by the Committee, you can download and complete the Charitable Donations Request Form below. All requests for donation or sponsorship must be accompanied by this form.
