YNCU's annual dividend policy rate is 1% above the average 5-year GIC rates offered by the big five Canadian chartered banks.

Additionally, the Board of Directors will pay a special one-time enrollment bonus to purchasers of this offering of Series 4 Class B Investment Shares.  This enrollment bonus will be 1% of the principal amount of new Class B Investment Shares, and will be paid in the form of additional new Class B Shares.

Investment Shares are also RRSP and TFSA eligible, and are a good way of maximizing long-range financial goals.  These shares are an ideal option for investment portfolio diversification. You may purchase a minimum amount of $1,000 (at $1 per share) up to a maximum of 5% of the new Class B Investment Shares offering.  The total of shares offered will be a minimum of $10,000,000 to a maximum of $24,000,000.  These Investment Shares will be available only as long as the supply lasts.  We are anticipating strong member interest and accordingly, member inquiries will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
