Co-operative Young Leaders (CYL) Session Sponsorship You could win one of three sponsorships for CYL Camp this summer! Once
again, YNCU is pleased to offer sponsorship of up to 3 youth Members to participate in a unique leadership
and personal development experience through the Co-operative Young
Leaders Program (CYL). To learn more about the program here, visit HOW IT WORKS: The session fee is $830 +HST per participant. This amount is made up of the sponsor fee and a participant fee of $200.00 Successful applicants pay the participant portion of $200 upon qualification for sponsorship. YNCU will pay the balance upon registration. (Cancellation or change fees are the responsibility of the participant. See the CYL website for more information.) Successful applicants will be notified by YNCU on or before Friday, May 3, after which they will be required to submit the participant contribution fee of $200+HST. Registration deadline is May 15, 2013. DO NOT REGISTER ONLINE WITHOUT RECEIVING NOTIFICATION OF SPONSORSHIP FROM YNCU. NOTE: Session space is limited and sponsorship by YNCU does NOT automatically guarantee admission into the CYL program. CYL SESSION DATES: The CYL is organized into Junior, Intermediate and Senior levels. The CYL camp provides a fun, stimulating and safe environment where young people learn about - and practice - communication, self-awareness and leadership through co-operative activities. A typical day may include sessions, skits, co-op tours, sports or a guest speaker. Sessions are collaborative, and participants are encouraged to share in the day-to-day leadership and management of the program.
