What's happening in our community Grand River in Galt - Cambridge - Kevin Pepper
Corus Feeds KidsJune 1-14 Corus Feeds Kids is a province-wide initiative that benefits local food banks, and once again we're helping to raise funds and collecting food for the Food Bank of Waterloo
Region and the Cambridge Self Help Food Bank. Drop in to any of our branches between June 1st and 14th to donate either non-perishable food items or a monetary donation to help out this great cause. Last year YNCU members and Corus listeners (Dave FM & 91.5 The Beat)
made cash donations and helped raise $3,405.40 in our local branches. June 14 is Corus Feeds Kids Day and we'll have live broadcasts from 91.5 The Beat and 107.5 Dave FM at our Weber and Cambridge
branches from 10am-4pm with live cut ins from Beat and Dave. Stop by and come say hello to our friends at The Beat and Dave, we would love to see you!

Car Seat Clinics
YNCU is sponsoring five St John Ambulance car seat clinics in the Waterloo Region. Car Seat clinic volunteers have received comprehensive training as technicians through St. John Ambulance and will assist parents, grandparents or other caregivers with the installation of car seats. A qualified technician will assist to install each car seat and a senior
technician will verify the proper installation prior to leaving.
Car Seat Clinics are by appointment ONLY and registration is required. To register, visit the St John Ambulance website at www.sja.ca.

Weber Branch Grand Re-opening and Free BBQ Saturday June 22nd
YNCU is partnering up with M&M Meat Shops and 91.5 The Beat to celebrate the grand re-opening of our Weber Street branch (1334 Weber Street). We've got a new drive-through ATM, a new look and a new team! Come visit us from 10am-12pm, meet the YNCU team and enjoy a free lunch on us! Kirby the Kangaroo will be there, be sure to bring your kids and your camera!
Woodstock Streetfest – WoodstockAugust 8, 9, 10 & 11 This 4-day street festival in Downtown Woodstock will feature live entertainment, street vendors, music, amusement rides, a car show and much more! Come visit our YNCU team at the corner of Brock and Dundas Street to play some fun games and win some amazing prizes.
Movies in the Square - BrantfordThursday, August 29 - Harmony Square, Brantford Come join us for a free out-door movie viewing of The Muppets at Harmony Square in Brantford - Movie begins at dusk; movie goers will be encouraged to arrive early to secure their spot
- Popcorn & snacks will be available for purchase
- Other community groups will provide pre-movie entertainment such as clowns, games & activities, etc. from 8pm-dusk
- Don’t forget your lawn chairs and blankets!
