Here are some services to help you stay home, and stay safe, during these unprecedented times.

Pay Bills Online

You can pay your bills easily and securely online or by using our mobile app. Here are some “how-tos” to get you started:

Add a Payee Expand/Collapse

Online:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Under the Payments menu, select Add/Delete Payee
  3. Select Add Payee
  4. Search Payee Name in the search bar

Tip: When adding a payee for property tax, search "[Insert Township] - Property Tax"

  1. Enter your Account Number and provide an Account Nickname, if desired
  2. Select Submit

Mobile App:

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select the Pay Bills icon
  3. Select Manage Payees
  4. Select Add Payee
  5. Search Payee Name in the search bar

Tip: When adding a payee for property tax, search "[Insert Township] - Property Tax"

  1. Enter your Account Number and select Add Payee

Online:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Select Payments
  3. Select the account you wish to pay the bill from and the payee you wish to submit the funds to
  4. Select Pay Bills

Mobile App:

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Pay Bills icon
  3. Select the account you wish to pay the bill from and the payee you wish to submit the funds to
  4. Select Pay This Bill

Setting Up a Recurring Payment Expand/Collapse

Online:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Select Payments
  3. Select Schedule Recurring Payments
  4. Enter in the:
    • Accounts you wish to pay from
    • The payee from your existing Bill Payees
    • Recurring amount
    • Payment frequency
    • Start and end dates
  5. Select Schedule

Mobile App:

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Pay Bills
  3. Select the account you wish to pay the bill from and the payee you wish to submit the funds to
  4. Select Recurring
  5. Fill in the payment frequency information
  6. Select Pay This Bill

Email Money Transfers

E-Transfers are a fast, secure, and convenient way to send or receive money via email or text message. This is a great way to safely send money to a loved one, receive rent from a tenant, and so much more. Our personal chequing accounts come with unlimited FREE email money transfers. For businesses and organizations, a $1.25 fee per transfers applies.

How to Add a Recipient Expand/Collapse

Before you begin, make sure you have access to the following information:

  • Name
  • Email
  • Mobile Number
  • Preferred Language
  • Method to Send Transfer
  • Security Answer for Recipient

Online:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Select Transfers then select Add/Delete Recipients
  3. Select Add Recipients
  4. Under Add New Recipient, fill in their information and security question
  5. Review your details and select Add Recipient

Mobile App:

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select INTERAC e-Transfer® icon
  3. Select Select Recipient
  4. Select Add Recipient
  5. Choose to either Add new recipient or Choose from your contacts
  6. Fill in their information and security question
  7. Review your details and select Add Recipient

Send Money Expand/Collapse

Online:

  1. Log into Online Banking
  2. Under Transfers, select Send INTERAC e-Transfer
  3. Select your recipient
  4. Select the account you are sending from
  5. Enter the transfer amount
  6. Select Send Transfer

Mobile App:

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select INTERAC e-Transfer® icon
  3. Select the account you are sending from
  4. Enter the transfer amount
  5. Select Continue
  6. Review your e-Transfer and select Confirm

Receive Money Expand/Collapse

Online:

  1. Open the INTERAC e-Transfer email and select Deposit your Money
  2. Select your financial institution
  3. Log into Online Banking
  4. Accept or decline the INTERAC e-Transfer
  5. Select the account you wish to deposit the funds
  6. Correctly answer the security question
  7. Review your details and select Confirm

Mobile App:

  1. Open the INTERAC e-Transfer email and select Deposit your Money
  2. Select your financial institution
  3. Log into Mobile Banking App
  4. Accept or decline the INTERAC e-Transfer
  5. Select the account you wish to deposit the funds
  6. Correctly answer the security question
  7. Review your details and select Accept

Sending/Receiving Limits Expand/Collapse

Sending:
Limit per transaction - $3,000
Weekly limit - $10,000
Monthly limit - $20,000

Receiving:
Limit per transaction - $10,000
Weekly limit - $70,000
Monthly limit - $300,000

Deposit Anywhereâ„¢

Deposit Anywhere™ is a feature on our mobile app that allows you to quickly and securely deposit cheques with your smartphone or tablet, from anywhere, day or night. In order to use this feature, you will need to have our Mobile App.

  1. Log into the Mobile Banking App
  2. Select Deposit
  3. Select the account you wish to deposit the funds
  4. Enter the cheque value
  5. Take a photo of the front of your cheque
  6. Take a photo of the back of your cheque
  7. Select Continue

Open Accounts Online

As an existing member, you can quickly and conveniently open an account through online banking. To open an account online, just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Online Banking
  2. Under the Account Services menu, select Open a New Account
  3. Select between Savings Accounts, Chequing Accounts, or Term Deposits
  4. Fill in the information and submit your application!

Telephone Banking

Don’t worry if you’re not exactly “digitally savvy”. Our Telephone Banking system offers a number of options to help you complete your day-to-day banking. Some features include:

  • Branch and ATM information
  • Account balances
  • Pay bills or add new bill vendors
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Report a lost or stolen card
