Assistant Branch Manager (Temporary)

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the net growth of their loan, deposit and investment portfolio through internal channels, member referrals and business development opportunities. Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling & training of team members, supervising branch staff, providing excellent & respectful member service, planning activities to ensure accomplishment of annual goals, administer branch audit & operational functions.

Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and back up to the staff resource who supports the Board of Directors of Your Neighbourhood Credit Union.

Fraud & Analytics Specialist

The Fraud & Analytics Specialist is responsible for the ongoing daily operation of the Credit Union’s Anti-Money Laundering and fraud prevention programs. This includes the daily review of potential regulatory reporting and response to any potential or actual fraud events. This position shall also provide support to the analytics team with respect to developing, modifying and testing business reporting in a SQL environment.

Human Resource Coordinator (18-month contract)

The Human Resources Coordinator plays an integral role in supporting the administration of the Human Resources department on a daily basis with a variety of programs including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, onboarding, training & development, performance management, attendance management, health & safety, labour relations and other departmental administrative requirements.

Marketing & Digital Media Co-ordinator

The Marketing and Digital Media Coordinator fulfills an essential administrative support role in relation to YNCU’s marketing communication channels, aiding branches sales objectives and the overall achievement of departmental plans and goals. Marketing and Digital Media Coordinator oversees advertising buys and production, coordinates graphics and marketing collateral for general YNCU branding and helps to maintain YNCU brand and creates effective and cost-efficient marketing strategies that support the core mission of YNCU.

Part-time Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative provides front line assistance to Your Neighbourhood Credit Union members by responding to transactional and account inquiries and by processing counter transactions. The MSR's role includes identifying and responding to sales and service opportunities by building on-going professional relationships with members and maintaining a proficient knowledge of Credit Union account products and services.
