PAC Reset

PAC Reset allows you to reset your Personal Access Code (PAC) and security questions when you have locked yourself out of Online Banking, without having to visit a branch. For security reasons you will be required to verify your identity before being able to reset your PAC or security question.


How to Reset Your PAC

  1. Click the Online Banking tab.
  2. Enter your member number and click Login
  3. Answer your security question and click Login
  4. When you are promoted to enter your PAC click the Forgot your PAC? link to the right hand side.
  5. Complete the Verify Your Identity form and questions.
  6. Enter your new PAC and click continue
