Getting Started - Switching to eStatements Expand/Collapse

To no longer receive paper-based statements mailed to your home, save $2 per month, and reduce your environmental footprint, you can call us or visit your branch location, or request to receive free eStatements only by following three simple steps within the desktop version of Online Banking.

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click “My Accounts” and then “Statement Preferences”
  3. Select “Free eStatements only” and provide your email address.

Accessing your eStatement Expand/Collapse

eStatements are accessible within our secure Internet Banking platform.  The eStatement link is located under the "Accounts" menu.

Faster Service Expand/Collapse

eStatements are available sooner than receiving a paper statement in the mail.  eStatements will be available and accessible online at the end of the first business day, following month-end.

Email Notification Expand/Collapse

Enjoy the additional option of receiving an email notification once your new monthly eStatement has arrived and is available to view online. The choice is yours when you initially sign up to view your eStatements.

Archiving Ability Expand/Collapse

Enjoy the added benefit of accessing previous eStatements online. Archiving will begin with statements produced after December 31, 2011 and will be stored for 7 years.

View Imaged Cheques Digitally Expand/Collapse

Within your eStatement, you have the ability to view and print the front and back of individual cheques digitally that have cleared your account at no cost.

YNCU is pleased to announce the release of our Relational Statement. This statement is designed to provide members with their entire financial relationship with us. The Relational Statement includes all of your individually owned and jointly owned accounts on a single statement. 

We understand that you may not want to receive this additional information. If this is the case, simply contact the credit union and we will assist you in formatting your statement to best suit your needs.
