Your New Digital Banking Experience is Coming

Introducing a better way to bank.

On September 14, 2026, YNCU members will be introduced to an enhanced digital banking experience featuring an updated online banking platform and a brand-new mobile banking app.

Designed with simplicity and convenience in mind, the new experience offers a refreshed look and feel while continuing to provide the banking tools you rely on every day.

While the experience will look more modern, you'll continue accessing your accounts through yncu.com, making the transition as seamless as possible.

Over the coming weeks, we'll share everything you need to know to prepare for the launch, including what to expect during the transition and any actions you may need to take.

What's Changing?

Beginning September 14, YNCU members will enjoy:

  • An enhanced online banking experience
  • A brand-new mobile banking app
  • A more modern, intuitive interface
  • Improved navigation and usability
  • An updated login process (more information to come)
  • The same trusted banking services you use today

What Isn't Changing?

  • Your accounts remain the same—only your digital experience is changing.
  • Your banking relationship with YNCU remains the same.
  • yncu.com remains your primary access point.
  • Your existing bill payees and Interac e-Transfer recipients will transfer to your new digital banking experience.
  • Your everyday banking services continue.
