An RRSP generally allows eligible contributions to be deducted from your taxable income, while withdrawals are generally taxable as income. RRSPs are commonly used for retirement savings.
Contribution limits and other rules apply to both accounts.
Your GIC maturity date is specified in your GIC agreement or investment records. You may also be able to view your investment details through YNCU's available online banking services.
If you're unsure when your GIC matures or want to discuss your maturity options, contact YNCU before the maturity date.
