YNCU members can now use their Member Card to shop online! Interac® Online is a secure and convenient way to pay online at some of your favourite retailers. At checkout, simply select Interac® Online as your method of payment and sign into our secure online banking! It’s the ideal option if you:

What's New with Uptown Waterloo?
Our Uptown Waterloo Redevelopment Project is underway! Stay up to date on important information surrounding this exciting venture.
As we are constantly seeking new ways to better support our Members while also supporting community growth, the rebuild of our Uptown Waterloo branch will equip the new facility with innovative technology and accessible features that meet the current needs of our Members. YNCU will continue to offer exceptional customer service that our Members know and love while we are in our temporary location and in the new space upon completion of the project.
Important Dates
Wednesday, August 25, 2021 – Prior to the branch move, the ATM located at our Uptown Waterloo location will be taken offline and will be unavailable to self-serve transactions. We are pleased to offer Members surcharge-free ATM services through the vast Exchange Network of ATMs. Nearby locations include:

Friday, August 27, 2021 – The Uptown Waterloo branch will be closing early at 1:00pm in order to facilitate the move to our temporary location inside Marbles. All branch services, including access to the ATM, will be unavailable.
Monday, August 30, 2021 – In-branch services will commence at 11:00am at our temporary branch site inside Marbles.
Throughout our time at Marbles, YNCU will continue the construction of our state-of-the-art facility, which will include the Uptown Waterloo flagship branch, YNCU Small Business and Commercial services and residential units, as well as surface parking and car charging stations.
