These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with YNCU and your use of our products and services.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and a Canadian resident to open an account. You must have a valid government-issued photo ID. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
- Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint, please contact us first to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve your complaint internally, you may escalate to our Ombudsman. You may also contact the Ombudsman for Banking Services and Investments (OBSI).
- Changes to Terms: We may change these terms at any time. We will provide you with at least 30 days' notice of material changes. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We will always include our contact information and an unsubscribe mechanism in our commercial electronic messages.
