Terms and Conditions

This Fee Schedule outlines the fees and charges that may apply to your accounts and services.

All fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

 

  1. Chequing Account Fees
    • Monthly account fees vary by account type.
    • Transaction fees may apply for transactions exceeding your monthly limit.
    • NSF (non-sufficient funds) fee: $10 per item.
    • Stop payment fee: $20 per request.
    • Account closure within 90 days: $25.
  2. Savings Account Fees
    • Most savings accounts have no monthly fees.
    • Excessive transaction fee: $5 per transaction over limit.
    • Minimum balance fee may apply if your balance falls below the specified amount.
  3. GIC Fees
    • No monthly fees apply to GICs.
    • Early redemption fees may apply for cashable GICs redeemed before the minimum term.
    • Administrative fees may apply for changes to GIC terms.
  4. Electronic Banking Fees
    • Online banking: Free.
    • Mobile banking: Free.
    • Bill payments: Free for most billers.
    • Interac e-Transfer: $1.50 per transfer (fees may vary by account type).
    • Wire transfers:
      • Domestic: $25
      • International: $50
  5. Other Fees
    • Account research: $25 per hour (minimum 1 hour).
    • Cheque book: $50 per book.
    • Copy of statement: $5 per statement.
    • Certified cheque: $10.
    • Bank draft: $7.50.
    • Debit card replacement: $10.
